Amy Louise
Founder & Principal
Amy is the founder and principal of Rose Dance Studios. She began her journey as a competitive gymnast and dancer from a young age, representing her teams as a captain and winning national titles in both acrobatics and dance.
Amy’s formal training includes:
BA (Hons) Musical Theatre - Wilkes Academy, one of the UK’s leading dance colleges.
Extended Diploma Performing Arts - Chichester College.
Acrotrix Level 1 & 2 Coaching Qualification
GCSE Dance - Achieved the highest grade and full marks in practical assessment.
Amy is trained in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Commercial, Ballet, Acro, Tap, Street, Acting & Singing.
Amy brings a wealth of professional experience, having performed extensively on screen and stage, with credits including Netflix, Disney+, ITV and Channel 4 productions showcasing her versatility across dance and acting roles.
Alongside her professional performing career, she has over six years of teaching and choreography experience across multiple styles. Her choreography has received multiple awards at competitions across the South East.
Driven by her love for teaching and desire to create her own nurturing space for aspiring performers Amy founded Rose Dance Studios to inspire students of all ages and abilities. She believes in building confidence, creativity and discipline, helping each student thrive.
Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3)
Certifications: Advanced DBS, Safeguarding Level 3, Paediatric First Aid, Chaperone Licence, Prevent Training.

Olivia Rose
Vice Principal
Olivia is the vice principal of Rose Studios working closely alongside her sister Amy. Olivia began her performing journey at the age of two as a gymnast, later progressing into competitive acrobatic gymnastics where she competed nationally and internationally, achieving multiple wins and titles. This strong foundation in acrobatics naturally supported her transition into dance.
Olivia has trained extensively in a wide range of styles including Ballet, Pointe Work, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Commercial, Street, Heels, Gymnastics, Acro, Partner Work, as well as Singing and Acting.
Olivias formal training includes:
Level 3 BTEC in Performing Arts - The BRIT School
Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts - The BRIT School
Currently training at Wilkes Academy - Working towards a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre.
Alongside her training, Olivia has achieved numerous competition titles, awards, and scholarships, and has performed several times on Move It! MainStage. She has gained professional experience in television, including appearances in Netflix productions.
Olivia brings first-hand industry knowledge into the studio as a teacher. Passionate about teaching and mentoring young performers, she is committed to developing confident, technically strong, and well-rounded dancers, supporting the next generation as they grow both artistically and personally.
Kelly Barry
Head of Administration
Kelly is the Head of Administration at Rose Dance Studios, bringing her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. With a professional background in bookkeeping, Kelly ensures that the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping with handling finances, scheduling, and day-to-day operations and enquiries within the school.
As Amy & Olivia’s Mum and a trusted member of the Rose Dance Studios team, Kelly is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students, parents, and staff. She was also a very dedicated dance mum for many years too, giving her first-hand experience of all the joys and challenges of studio life!
